Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Senior Delivery Service Manager

Responsible for supporting project and product delivery, using sound technical capabilities to define, document and carry out small projects, agreeing approach, plans and performance criteria, running costs and partner engagement, and identifying and addressing risks to ensure the success of the project and support continuous improvement. Specialism: Project and Product Delivery.

In this role You will:

  • Oversee the delivery of projects involving the development and implementation of products, platforms, and business processes

  • Create and manage roadmaps, timelines, and project budgets

  • Act as the primary liaison between participants, development teams, and globally distributed business units

  • Apply Agile methodologies to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure continuous value delivery

  • Monitor the health, performance, and compliance of products, platforms, or services

  • Drive performance improvements and optimize operational efficiency

  • Promote transparency by sharing progress updates, metrics, and gathering regular feedback from participants and users

  • Manage internal teams, external suppliers, and technology partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery

  • Balance resource capacity to maintain efficiency without compromising quality

  • Supervise budget planning, allocation, and tracking in alignment with business objectives

  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and provide accurate reporting

  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights and effective resource utilization

What You will need to be successful:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical work experience

  • Relevant Project Management qualification(s)

  • Experience coordinating issue resolution across multiple participants (store teams, retail, operations, IT, and third-party vendors)

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and successfully deliver products, platforms, and services

  • Strong hands-on experience with day-to-day delivery management and decision-making

  • Ability to manage feature development while balancing interested party priorities

  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions within quality, budget, and timeline constraints

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align with business and customer needs

  • Strong ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution, with excellent attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication, partner management, and influencing skills

  • Ability to engage and prioritize across a broad range of collaborators

  • Strong problem-solving demeanor with a proactive approach

  • Proven ownership of delivery initiatives involving multiple partners and teams

  • Experience coordinating teams to achieve business outcomes

  • Knowledge of resource planning and financial tracking (budget and timeline management)

  • Ability to manage participant expectations and resolve risks and dependencies

  • Experience promoting Agile methodologies and driving continuous improvement
