Job Description
The Financial Applications Support Analyst Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This role focuses on the Oracle financial application and modules of Payables, Procurement, General Ledger, Receivables and Projects. There may also be some non-Fusion systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, Citco Billing Centre
System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information etc.
Month end close for financial modules
Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service desk, triaged by COE and escalated vie Functional Team, Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support
Validate Security configurations and involved in Custom role definition/testing
Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions
Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery
Involved in creating system documentation for changes
Involved in Quarterly testing for Fusion releases
Execution of System Integration Testing
Support of UAT: Environment preparation
Special Projects
2+ years working with Oracle EBS or Fusion– End user experience or Support
Solid understanding of the software release life cycle
Competent in reviewing and completing documentation
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps
