
Oracle Finance System Support (HCM)
Job Description
The Analyst HCM Functional Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal HCM and Financial applications used by Citco. The role will focus on the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules including but not limited to, Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Absence Management, Workforce Compensation and Talent Management.
Maintaining and supporting the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules e.g. Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, Talent Management.
Oracle quarterly release review and regression testing.
Management of enhancements via partnering with internal developers or external partner where applicable, for delivery.
Maintenance of MC.050 documentation.
Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Manage Service Desk tickets and escalate via Oracle Solutions, Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support where necessary.
System maintenance activities: New Legal Entities, New Departments, Grades, updating reference information.
Execution of System Integration Testing.
Support of UAT: Environment preparation.
Adherence to Oracle Fusion Cloud governance Framework.
Basic understanding of the dependencies between the HCM and Finance Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
2+ Years working with Oracle EBS or Fusion– End user experience/Support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of the software release life cycle.
Competent in reviewing and completing Oracle OUM documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with interfacing applications to and from Oracle Fusion Cloud e.g. system integrations.
Exposure to Programs used with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including but not limited to: Spreadsheet Loader, HDL, Config SnapShot.
Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk, JIRA, My Oracle Support, Cloud Customer Connect.
Ability to work well, both in a team and on individual projects.
Results focused and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
