Build, lead, and transform procurement where it directly impacts patient care.
Are you an experienced procurement leader who leads transformation?
At ForMotion, we are moving from a decentralized model—where 85 clinics manage suppliers independently—to a future-fit, global procurement function focused on the products that matter most: those used in patient care.
This is not a traditional procurement role. You will shape and lead an European function from the ground up, balancing cost, quality, and clinical needs in a regulated environment.
Where you will make an impact
Shape the Future of Clinics Procurement
Define and lead the European procurement strategy for direct materials and finished goods
Balance cost, quality, availability, and regulatory compliance
Align sourcing across Europe while respecting local market dynamics
Build & Lead a Global Function
Design and implement a centralized procurement model for Patient Care
Build and develop a small, high-impact team (2 FTE currently, with growth potential)
Drive Change in a Decentralized Environment
Transition clinics from local buying to structured, value-driven procurement
Build trust with clinicians, operations, and business leaders
Lead adoption of standard suppliers, contracts, and processes
Secure Supply & Strengthen Partnerships
Establish strategic supplier frameworks for patient-critical products
Ensure continuity of supply and mitigate risks
Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Legal (EU MDR context)
Deliver Measurable Value
Drive savings, standardization, and working capital improvements
Provide clear performance insights to senior leadership
Introduce best practices in category management and supplier management
What makes you a good fit
Experienced procurement leader with proven impact in healthcare, med-tech, or regulated environments, with strong exposure to direct materials and finished goods.
Proven track record in building or transforming procurement functions
Strong people leader and change driver
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
Commercially sharp, analytical, and structured in your approach
Master’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or similar); CIPS/MCIPS is a plus
