Priority is given to delivering production-grade systems on Azure that are maintainable, measurable, scalable, and ensure performance, compliance, and cost optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement application architectures based on RAG/CAG: data ingestion, chunking and embedding, retrieval and re-ranking, context injection, and response generation.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows: task decomposition, tool invocation.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines and service integrations using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph (API, queuing, event-driven).
- Deploy AI and infrastructure services on Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP, including vector search, inference services, model hosting, monitoring, and logging.
- Establish evaluation and monitoring systems: offline/online evaluation, A/B testing, data drift and quality monitoring, cost and latency optimization.
- Implement prompt/tool/memory designs with version control to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.
- Promote engineering practices and automation: CI/CD, environment management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient spoken English skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid generative AI development skills, familiar with context-enhanced generation paradigms such as RAG/CAG and common design patterns (chunking, embedding selection, vector indexing and re-ranking, context length/window management, cache enhancement).
- Practical experience in agent development, understanding task planning, tool invocation, memory/state management, and graph semantics (states/nodes/edges) in LangGraph.
- Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph ecosystems and capable of customizing chains, tools, executors, and callback monitoring.
