Director, Sales Operations

JR286 is seeking a Director of Sales Operations for North America to join our team in Torrance, CA.  Responsible for leading 3 critical functions and teams within NA Sales; Sales Operations, B2B and Customer Service.  Owns creating and driving a strategically focused business plan with people, process and execution across all 3 functions.  Drives collaboration at the leadership level with other key functions in the company; NA Sales, Global Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product, Marketing, IT, Finance & HR, and helps facilitate collaboration throughout the teams.  Active people manager, coaching and developing our next generation of leaders and motivating the entire NA Sales Operations Team.
