What You’ll Do
- Own your region. Develop and execute a growth strategy for the West Coast market.
- Drive new business. Build and convert a qualified pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
- Close deals. Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to negotiation — to exceed targets.
- Develop expertise. Stay ahead of industry trends in mobility tech, parking, and payments.
- Collaborate. Partner with Product and Marketing to share insights that fuel innovation.
- Represent TEZ. Attend key trade shows, webinars, and industry events to grow our presence.
- Leverage tools. Use Salesforce, Teams, and other platforms to manage opportunities and documentation effectively.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience in regional or enterprise sales, preferably with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the parking and mobility industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and remote presentation tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
