Job Description
Performs a variety of skilled, technical, and maintenance work including plumbing and carpentry. This class works according to set procedures under minimal supervision. Position requires an advanced understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in assigned function or business area.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) or more years' building maintenance related experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
- Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.
Preferred Training or Certification:
- APWA Public Works Institute or similar public works certificate
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Basic OSHA 10-hour Training
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
