Job Description
Ohio Business Machines (OBM), part of Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises (DME), is hiring a Territory Account Manager to grow and support a well-defined Eastern Ohio territory.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working in the field, building long-term customer relationships, and managing their business with a high level of independence — while still being backed by a strong, established organization.
Although OBM’s office is located in downtown Cleveland, this is a field-based position, with most time spent meeting customers and prospects throughout the territory.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with businesses across Eastern Ohio
- Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Represent OBM’s portfolio of office technology, IT services, document management, and security solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in OBM’s CRM
- Partner with service and support teams to deliver a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales experience preferred (B2B experience a plus)

- Professional presence and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission
- On-target earnings of $62,000–$75,000 in the first year
