Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support daily fragrance evaluation sessions, including preparation of samples, blotters, and documentation of results.
- Assist SDM and perfumers in organizing and tracking evaluation data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Provide operational support for fragrance development projects, including sample coordination, material preparation, and logistics.
- Maintain and update evaluation records, databases, and olfactive libraries for internal knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to olfactive knowledge building, including classification, description standardization, and internal training materials.
- Support cross-functional communication with labs, perfumers, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, evaluation summaries, and internal reports for project reviews.
- Participate in sensory learning activities and gradually build capabilities to support future Scent Design Management (SDM) roles.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Fragrance, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in fragrance, sensory evaluation, and olfactive development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive operational tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support cross-functional collaboration.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Prior internship or working experience in fragrance, flavor, sensory, or consumer research fields.
- Basic knowledge of olfactive classification, fragrance ingredients, or sensory methodologies.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career path in Scent Design or SDM (talent pipeline potential).
