Pre-K - 5th Grade Principal

Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School District is seeking candidates for a Pre-K - 5th Grade Principal.  We are looking for a dynamic leader who will strive to maximize the potential for all staff and students.  

Position Requirements: 

• Valid licensure as K-12 Principal
• Principal experience preferred
• Leadership experience and obtaining results through a collaborative management model
• Excellent public relations, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Effective skills in staff motivation, supervision, instructional improvement, curriculum development and on-site management
• Understanding and commitment to shared decision-making processes
• Commitment to being an instructional leader
• Ability to lead change, have courageous conversations and resolve conflicts
• Drive to create an innovative elementary level learning environment
• Ambitious individual who understands the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary students
• Approachable, visible and open minded leader who has clear expectations and positive regard for all staff and students

Pay Range: $101,000 to $114,000
