Ansell is looking for a Content Platform Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support the administration and optimization of our content management platform and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Optimizely. Reporting to the Digital Team, you will contribute to platform management, workflow optimization, and stakeholder support, working closely with DIG and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth intake, efficient task allocation, and effective collaboration. You will support Optimizely workflows, ensure adherence to DAM governance standards, and contribute to initiatives driving platform adoption, including AI capabilities, while acting as a subject matter specialist and advisor on best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as the primary contact for Optimizely users, ensuring timely issue resolution and strong user experience across global and regional teams
- Monitor platform performance, identify gaps, and escalate technical issues through to resolution
- Manage and continuously improve DIG intake, including task allocation, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain dashboards and reports tracking performance metrics, workload, and SLA adherence
- Guide stakeholders on request processes and requirements
- Identify and drive improvements in workflows, DAM practices, and governance aligned with business needs
- Support development of reporting frameworks and analyze platform data to generate actionable insights
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, user guides, governance) to enable adoption and self-sufficiency
- Deliver training, onboarding, and enablement tailored to stakeholder needs
- Drive Optimizely adoption, promote best practices, and act as internal advocate for the platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and align platform capabilities with business goals
KEY POSITION REQUREMENTS:
Hands-on experience with CMS and DAM platforms; Optimizely strongly preferred
Solid understanding of DAM taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and asset lifecycle management best practices
Knowledge of content governance, validation logic, and quality standards in a digital/marketing environment
Familiarity with AI-enabled platform features, with ability to evaluate, test, and implement new functionalities
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using analytics or project tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying gaps and driving improvements
Strong communication, documentation, and training skills, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions
Proactive, self-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement, adoption, and optimization
