Overview:
We are hiring a Connectivity Validation Engineer to guarantee seamless and robust wireless communication for our product ecosystem. You will rigorously test Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionalities to ensure stable connections, high data throughput, and low latency. Your work will directly impact the user experience by ensuring our devices stay connected reliably in diverse and challenging environments.

 Requires a B.S. in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years in wireless systems validation

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement test cases for wireless connectivity protocols, focusing on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and Bluetooth Classic.
• Measure and analyze network performance metrics, including latency, throughput, and packet loss.
• Perform rigorous connection and disconnection stress testing to evaluate system stability and recovery mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless interoperability issues across different devices and operating systems.
• Use network analyzers, sniffers, and diagnostic tools to capture and interpret wireless traffic.
• Work closely with firmware and software teams to resolve connectivity bugs and optimize wireless performance.

Required Knowledge & Qualifications: 

• In-depth knowledge of wireless communication protocols: Wi-Fi (802.11 standards), BLE, and Bluetooth Classic.
• Proven ability to accurately measure and analyze network latency and data throughput.
• Extensive experience in testing connection establishment, maintenance, and disconnection scenarios.
• Familiarity with wireless packet capture and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, Bluetooth sniffers).
• Strong problem-solving skills related to RF environments and wireless interference.
