Senior Product Manager - TikTok (San Jose)

About the team TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. As part of the Core Product team at TikTok, this team is focused on maintaining product stability and security, simplicity, and ease of use; effectively support business growth and multi-business balance; and help TikTok become a comprehensive platform that connects people, content, and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions of TikTok's account strategies.
• Drive the vision and guide strategic direction of key investment areas in product, development, marketing, operation, customer research and experience throughout business and user journey on TikTok
• Working collaboratively with well-defined goals and milestones across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to cross functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 + years of product management or related industry experience.
• Experience managing and leading teams to drive results.
• Experience working with accounts is preferred.
• Strong detail in leadership, communication, and project management.
• Good understanding of technical realizations and being an adaptive learner of new areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building and growing diverse content products.
• Experience in an enterprise level platform.
