Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to be a critical technical resource embedded within CAI's Production Support Team (PST) supporting a financial client. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of Oracle EPM Cloud environment — encompassing EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting and Narrative Reporting modules. The consultant is directly engaged in month-end financial close cycle, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes, working closely with the FP&A team and key business stakeholders. This position will be contract and remote.

What You’ll Do
Month-End Financial Close Support:
Oversee EPM pre-close activities and prepare systems for daily actuals feeds
Ensure accurate and timely data loads from Oracle ERP, OFSAA, and ADP into respective EPM modules
Perform source/target data validation and resolve data discrepancy queries
Resolve interface issues between EDMCS (central hierarchy system) and downstream EPM, ERP, EPBCS, and PCMCS systems
Support Smart View and ad-hoc reporting requests from business teams
Monthly Forecast Cycle:
Collaborate with FP&A to execute forecast adjustments across P&L, NIR, expenses, balance sheet, rate models, workforce and CAPEX models
Perform monthly PCMCS forecast allocations using actual headcount data and push allocated figures back to EPBCS
Handle ad-hoc requests related to user access, system issues, and data anomalies throughout the forecast cycle
Annual Budget Cycle:
Open annual budget cycles and execute five-year financial model inputs and updates
Load and maintain employee data in the budget environment; configure new/future hire setups per FP&A and HR inputs
Perform PCMCS budget allocations using budget headcount data and publish back to EPBCS.
System Administration & Maintenance:
Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot daily loads (data & Metadata), business rules, interfaces, and automation jobs across all EPM modules
Review and apply monthly Oracle Cloud updates; ensure continued stability and optimal performance of all EPM applications
Maintain system documentation and support audit requests as required.
BAU Project Support:
Support PCMCS, Workforce, CAPEX and Projects module integrations as part of upcoming BAU initiatives
Drive automation of new EPM processes in alignment with CAI's PST roadmap and clients strategic objectives
What You’ll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Custom and OOTB Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting and Narrative reporting) Modules
Demonstrated experience supporting month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes in a financial services environment
Proficiency in data management, data integrations, and Rest API
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP integration, OFSAA data feeds, and ADP payroll interfaces with EPM modules
Experience administering and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud EPM automation jobs and business rules and Groovy Scripting
Solid analytical skills with the ability to perform data validation and root cause analysis for data discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with FP&A, HR, and IT stakeholders
Familiarity with banking operations and regulations to ensure compliance
Understanding of financial data and its implications for operational and strategic decision-making
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and working knowledge of ITIL framework principles
Experience with Unix/Linux command line, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create comprehensive process and system documentation
Ability to manage client relationships and handle escalated or difficult stakeholder interactions effectively
Understanding of security protocols and practices, particularly within banking and regulated financial environments
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and evolving system requirements
Preferred:
Experience working in a managed services or production support capacity (ITSM/ServiceNow familiarity a plus)
Oracle EPM Cloud certification or equivalent Oracle partner credentials
Knowledge of FP&A processes within banking or financial services
Familiarity with PCMCS profitability allocations and workforce planning modules
Prior experience supporting BAU projects and automating EPM workflows
Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$70.00 - $75.00 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
