Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Horseheads, New York. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents, clients, and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services as part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team

• Perform patient assessments, develop therapy plans of care, and educate patients and their families on occupational therapy programs and maintenance

• Coach patients through therapeutic activities to achieve optimal functional outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

• Strong communication skills and ability to welcome constructive feedback

• Ability to perform job responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
