Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Operation associate will work in a team environment where they will be expected to rotate jobs regularly and do a wide variety of tasks which may include, kitting, assembly, packaging, testing.

OT when needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembly of Components Kits in Trace Tek Sensors Area.
Simple spooling, cable assembly, testing, Sub Assembly of component, Kitting and general inspection of production.
Must be flexible to rotate and work in multiple work stations.
Must read and follow SOP's, Assembly Drawings and Work Instructions.
Must conduct in-process inspection and may be asked to do a Final Inspection of the kits assembled.
This candidate must have exceptional dexterity skills, problem-solving abilities and strong work ethics.
The position will require working on-site in and handling multiple tasks while producing quality products, safely and on time.
Utilize the proper tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Understands written instructions in work related documents. The Operator adjusts actions in relation to others’ actions.
Needs the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
Prints, receives, and completes all documentation using information from all relevant sources in order to perform to completion the job properly.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma (or combined with related experience).
Basic Math and understanding of MRP computer system, SAP is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of Assembly experience
Attention to detail and excellent flexibility are key for successful candidates.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Manual dexterity skills.
Frequent grabbing, squeezing, bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting and pushing.
Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
