We Move People, and People Move Us! Overview We are looking for a paid media professional with a strong interest in developing expertise in Programmatic Advertising. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital media who is eager to expand their skills, work across leading programmatic platforms, and grow within a data-driven media environment. Responsibilities Requirements Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid media campaigns. Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Programmatic DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Yahoo) – preferred. Meta Ads (Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads). Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max). TikTok Ads. LinkedIn Ads. Experience managing campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, lead generation, and/or conversions. Experience managing budgets, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, keywords, ad creation, and bid optimization. Ability to generate and analyze performance reports from paid media platforms Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in paid media, with hands-on experience in one or more platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic DSPs. English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
