Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage daily operations of our e-commerce and auto parts business. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and team management to ensure smooth workflows, high productivity, and consistent sales growth. 


Key Responsibilities


• Manage overall operations for the e-commerce and auto parts store

• Drive sales team performance by maintaining productivity standards and ensuring consistent achievement of targets

• Verify marketplace sales including Facebook orders and maintain commission transparency

• Handle all website orders including processing, shipping creation, and dispatch

• Manage e-commerce website operations including category setup and pricing accuracy

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, offers, and sales strategies

• Coordinate daily with the team, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow

• Contact suppliers when needed for sourcing and operational requirements

• Support team with parts sourcing and provide guidance/training when needed

• Ensure all customer inquiries, calls, and messages are properly handled and responded to

• Perform day-end closing and basic reporting

• Ensure excellent customer handling with clear communication and transparency

• Maintain internal checks and balances to ensure accuracy and accountability

• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and increase sales

 • Operate and manage ERP system for order tracking, inventory, and operational processes 



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

 • Strong experience in e-commerce and auto parts operations management

 • Proven leadership and team management skills

 • Strong understanding of sales processes, targets, and performance tracking

 • Experience in marketplace operations (Facebook sales, order verification, and commissions)

 • Knowledge of website order processing, shipping workflows, and dispatch operations

 • Familiarity with e-commerce website management (categories, product setup, and pricing control)

 • Strong coordination and communication skills for managing multiple teams

 • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational issues quickly

 • Ability to work with suppliers for sourcing and operational needs

 • Strong customer service skills with focus on timely response and transparency

 • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

 • Basic reporting and day-end reconciliation understanding

 • Strategic thinking for improving performance and increasing sales
