Summary:
As the inventory Clerk, you will account for all physical movements and costs of product during production. Responsible for collecting, creating, and maintaining all transaction details from the purchase and sale or storage of products within our sourcing companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Interfacing with vendors, production supervisors and customers to gather and distribute data in efficient and timely manner
- Identify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our operations or markets
- Creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and databases
- Matching pick tickets to Bills of Lading and production backup
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Record data in order to update and maintain accounting records
- Maintain and develop automated accounting systems, controls, and procedures
- Prepare and develop reports for direct management and/or regulatory authorities
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What you bring to Pacific Seafood
Required:
- Minimum 2 years or related experience or training
- Advanced experience with Excel and Pivot tables
Preferred:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university
Physical Requirements:

- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions:
The working environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to:
- Utilizes PC and other standard office equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
- If lengthy time working in the server room is required, personnel will be provided with noise cancelling headphones.
