Associate IT Risk & Compliance Analyst
Job Description
We’re looking for an Associate IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our Global Tech team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.

Position Responsibilities:
- Review and update requests submitted by internal and external auditors via the EY Canvas tool and the CIM “Tracker.”
- Support coordination of evidence when needed
- Manage updates to SOX Technology Summary for US Tech Segment
- Provide weekly statistics on status of evidence
- Complete reviews of Third Party SOC reports to validate Complimentary End User Controls in place at Manulife (CUEC Reviews)
- Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
- Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (night shift; but flexible depending on business need)
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/1-year completed in a Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: At least one to two years of relevant experience
- Strong focus and attention to detail in both normal and high-pressured situations.
- Problem-solving skills with proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgement.
- Effective administrative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
- Hands-on experience as an IT Systems, Security, or Risk Analyst is an asset.
- Proven ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international user community.
- Working knowledge of IRM principles in one or more COE areas is nice to have (Information Security Management, Technology Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management).
- demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levels; includes ability to develop and deliver effective user education sessions to squads as needed
