Fabletics is currently looking for a Designer.

As a Designer for Women’s, you will help initiate seasonal concepts that are fashion-driven, reflective of the creative vision, and rooted in both performance and functionality while staying true to the Fabletics aesthetic. You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working toward our vision of becoming the world's most fashionable, innovative, and inclusive active-lifestyle brand.
You are a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands our brand aesthetic and the Fabletics customer.
The Designer will report to the Sr. Director, Design and partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and Technical Design teams.
What you will do:
Be a strong contributor to research and inspiration by shopping the competitive marketplace and identifying product opportunities, including trends, silhouettes, mood, color theory, and fabric development.
Demonstrate a proficient understanding of design and fit intent, materials, and garment construction, and effectively present ideas to cross-functional partners and design leadership.
Support and contribute to collections that execute against aligned line plans and assortment strategies while delivering against responsible cost targets.
Own a category of styles from concept through creation and manage collaboration with cross functional partners to deliver innovative, brand-appropriate, and impeccably fitting designs.
Partner with Product Development and vendors on raw material and trim sourcing.
Create, maintain, and update tech packs, sketches, and design decks, including fit comments and design changes within PLM.
Stay hyper-focused on the Fabletics consumer by actively reviewing online customer feedback, conducting store visits, and participating in consumer insight events.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Product Development teams, proactively communicating changes and updates as needed.
Adhere to Global Calendar deadlines and expectations throughout each milestone.
Contribute positively to team dynamics and foster strong collaboration across teams.
What you can bring:
4–6 years of previous design experience, preferably in activewear.
Proven track record of identifying trends and delivering results.
Strong understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape.
Experience in garment construction with strong attention to detail, materials, and fit.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to be creative while working with a constant sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and a high output of on-trend styles.
Entrepreneurial go-getter; highly motivated self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot, think resourcefully, and solve problems.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, including the ability to create design flats, tech packs, and line sheets.
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
