Registered Nurse – House Supervisor is a travel, temporary assignment located in Gardner, MA. This 13-week engagement begins on 07/13/2026 with a weekly pay range of $1,420–$1,522 per week. Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to critical events and provide leadership during emergencies (e.g., code blue, code red)
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring follow-up after critical events and documenting outcomes
- Adjust staffing levels across shifts to maintain high-quality patient care and address current and anticipated needs
- Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for the nursing team, offering education, guidance, and problem-solving support
- Assist with performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and escalation when appropriate
- Advocate for patients, families, and staff; support patient rights and interdepartmental collaboration during non-operating hours
Requirements
- License: Current RN registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing required
- Certification: AHA ACLS
- Experience: Three to four years of acute care experience preferred; prior management and/or leadership experience
- Skills: Strong leadership attributes and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and to manage a 24-hour rotating schedule
