The HR SF & ADP Consultant is responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and the ADP global payroll platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and seamless integration across all supported markets.
This role serves as the key liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, translating business requirements into effective system solutions while managing vendor relationships and platform governance.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP SF configuration expertise, hands-on ADP technical support experience, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi-market environment.
Position Impact :
In the near term, the HR SF & ADP Consultant plays a critical role in maintaining uninterrupted SAP SuccessFactors operations and ensuring ADP platform reliability across regions — reducing system risk, resolving cross-functional issues efficiently, and keeping HR data audit-ready for monthly reconciliations and annual reviews.
Over the long term, this role strengthens ZURU's HR technology foundation by driving continuous system improvement, optimizing data flows between people systems, and building a scalable, compliant HRIS infrastructure that supports data-driven HR decisions and the organization's ongoing global growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) HR modules (Onboarding, Goal and Performance Management, Employee Central, Reporting); actively monitor, follow up, and resolve system issues to ensure stable and continuous platform performance. Verify the accuracy of content within the HR modules and ensure that all deployed configurations and solutions fully meet user requirements.
Be responsible for ongoing demand analysis and process optimization of the SAP SF HR modules; evaluate new requirements and function enhancement proposals, formulate system solutions, and implement them in accordance with project timelines. Cooperate with developers to write Function Specifications (FS), conduct unit testing after development, provide unit test reports, and assist in integration testing and UAT.
Cooperate with key users to handle daily operational issues of the SAP SF HR modules; summarize error reports, regularly update the knowledge base, and assist key users in training end users when necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact between HR, IT, and business teams for all SAP SF system-related matters.
Drive continuous improvement of SAP SF HR modules processes; proactively identify system optimization opportunities, evaluate and implement enhancement proposals, and ensure SAP SF HRIS remains aligned with evolving business requirements across all supported modules and geographies.
Manage SAP SF backend configuration, role-based permissions, and data integrity controls; ensure system security settings, workflows, and business rules are correctly maintained and updated in line with organizational changes and HR policy requirements.
Responsible for the analysis and implementation of SAP SF 6 monthly updates with the cooperation of IT and the business community
Develop and maintain SAP SF custom reports and analytics to support HR data needs; coordinate with the finance/human resources department to provide required data and documents on time for monthly reconciliation and internal and external annual audits.
Provide technical system support for the ADP global payroll platform; manage platform configuration, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with ADP vendors on technical matters, and ensure seamless data integration between ADP and SAP SF. Responsible for the technical stability and operational continuity of the ADP platform across all supported countries.
Manage HR technology vendor relationships including SAP and ADP; lead technical evaluations, coordinate system upgrades and release management, and be responsible for vendor service quality and platform cost control. Keep abreast of the company’s HR system landscape and proactively put forward improvement and optimization suggestions.
Act as an HR systems business partner; work closely with finance, legal affairs, and business leaders to promote the implementation of HRIS system strategies, and handle complex system issues and risk events across all supported markets.
Skills & Experience :Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Management, or related fields preferred.
More than 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors operations, maintenance and configuration experience, with deep familiarity with SAP SF HR modules business logic, backend configuration, role-based permissions, and system support processes; experience in HR modules enhancement development, custom report development, and post-go-live system management is strongly preferred. Prior SAP SF implementation experience is a must.
Experience providing technical system support for the ADP global payroll platform, including platform configuration, integration management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination; experience with ADP system launch or global rollout is an advantage. This role focuses on technical platform support and does not involve payroll structure design or compensation management.
Have practical experience in global HRIS digital transformation and system integration; proven ability to maintain and optimize a live HRIS platform, manage data flows between SAP SF and third-party payroll systems, and drive continuous technical improvement. Team management experience is required.
Fluent in English, which can be used as the main working language; able to independently communicate in writing and orally with international teams, vendors, and system providers.
