Job Description:

The jobholder is responsible for the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals for San Pablo Site, A400M, LTA and MRO organizations.

  • Deploys the Industrial Environmental Roadmap in San Pablo. The Roadmap scope includes the environmental Top Company Objectives:
    • VOC
    • Energy
    • Fuel
    • Waste
    • Future Digital
    • Water
  • Identifies, leads and develops environmental improvement projects and actions in order to fulfill the site’s goals, obtaining the necessary resources, financing (CAPEX / OPEX) and support of other needed functions.
  • Provides visibility of the progress in the fulfillment of the yearly objectives to the HO LTA FAL & MRO, HO A400M FAL and HO Site San Pablo and supports the reporting of Communications when needed.
  • Supports the Site Manager directly or indirectly in projects and tasks related with Operations and Environment.
  • Manages internal and regulatory audits for sustainability and environment topics for Operations in San Pablo
  • Manages transversal project in Maintenance and Sustinability with direct impact in enviromental site drivers.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • Education: Engineering (engineering level = EQF7 / MECES 3)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintentance Management & Sustainability,
  • Soft Skills: communication, negotiation, analytical mindset, proactive, customer satisfaction, innovative.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
