What you’ll be doing
- Support the day-to-day management of a media measurement panel, including executing regular operational processes
- Analyse data trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Investigate client queries and provide clear, timely responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve workflows
- Support ongoing innovation by testing new panel features and processes
The ideal skills & experience
- Degree in a relevant field such as market research, statistics, business or economics
- Experience working with data and confidence handling large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort identifying practical solutions
- Confidence communicating clearly with colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn tools such as SAS or SPSS

The salary range for this role is $64,300 - $75,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
