As a Senior Project Manager, you are central to delivering that impact.

You will manage the full lifecycle of online research projects, working closely with clients, internal teams and external partners. From shaping project requirements to overseeing delivery, you play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and within budget. Your work helps ensure that the data we collect is robust, reliable and meaningful.

This role is also about partnership. You will guide clients on research design and best practice, helping them get the most value from their projects. At the same time, you will support colleagues by sharing knowledge, mentoring where needed and helping solve challenges across the team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of online research projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines and budgets
  • Partner with clients to define project requirements and provide clear, consultative updates throughout the lifecycle
  • Advise on research design, questionnaire best practice and mobile-first approaches
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality data
  • Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing and acting as a first escalation point

The ideal skills & experience

  • Experience managing projects within a market research supplier environment
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients and building strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Comfort working in a changing environment and solving problems proactively
  • Familiarity with online panels, survey tools and quantitative research methods

The salary range for this role is $66,220 - $80,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
