Quality Support Specialist
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and technical support-related tasks to support Quality as well as provide assistance and back-up support as needed for C-Core related systems and programs including but not limited to business diversity, safety, project information/controls, records retention and field personnel management
Your responsibilities will include: Quality Document Management: Maintain and organize project folders on the company network, including QIPs, preconstruction minutes, site observation reports, and other Quality-related documents
Reporting and Data Management: Update QIP summary spreadsheets for monthly meetings, follow up on missing data, and assist with the collection and input of Quality metrics
Inspection and Testing Coordination: Assist in preparing third-party inspection agreements, monitor results for compliance, and coordinate related meetings and documentation
Meeting Coordination and Preparation: Support the preparation and coordination of critical QIP meetings, operations meetings, and meetings related to lessons learned, including agenda preparation and documentation management
Presentation and Award Assistance: Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for meetings, Qualigrams, and award programs such as Project of the Year and Look of Excellence
Administrative Support: Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and maintain the Quality staff travel calendar, as well as assist with customer survey coordination and other assigned tasks
To thrive in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experince as field clerk or document control Technical Proficiency in document management software (SharePoint) and Microsoft Suite Familiarity with construction specific software (Procore) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and track large volumes of documents Ability to communicate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors and clearly communicate document-related update or issues High school diploma or GED At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds
Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information
The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
