We have an Apartment Manager position at our Management Support property with [266] apartment units.

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is in the range of $76,000 - $82,000 per year. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:
- Supervise/manage large leasing and maintenance staff
- Ability to supervise while delegating authority and job functions
- Work well with both regional supervisors and central administration
- Familiarity with A/P & A/R processing
- Perform property and unit inspections
- Ability to handle both employee and resident issues respectfully and, when necessary, firmly
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years property management experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and follow written policy
- Stable work history
- Some college preferred
- Multifamily management certificates a plus
- Association & REIT Certificates a plus
- Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
