
Regional IT Administrator
Job Description
We currently have a Regional IT Administrator position in our San Antonio region to oversee our portfolio of 13 multifamily properties.
Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. The pay rate is $48,000 per year. This full-time position is 40 hours per week. Review MS website prior to application: https://www.rentanapt.com/
Job responsibilities include:
- Remote supervision and training of on-site personnel at large multi-family properties
- Supervision relates to computer, procedural and accounting operations
- Knowledge of policy and procedures as required to effectively train and support on-site personnel
- Proficiency with RealPage or other web-based property management systems
- Ability to evaluate and repair issues related to Video camera system , gate system and computer system performance
- Payables and A/R collections
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years (5 preferred) computer systems support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office and Network
- Computer systems training and support background.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of general administrative procedures
- Stable work history
- Some college preferred
- Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Property management experience a plus
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
