We are looking for a candidate for the position of Shift Leader / Production Team Leader

What you will be doing:

• Organising and supervising the work of the production team during the shift

• Responding to production issues and taking corrective actions during the shift

• Supervising compliance with health & safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards

• Performing basic quality control of manufactured products and supporting quality-related activities

• Cooperating with the maintenance department regarding reporting and resolving breakdowns and downtime

• Cooperating with the warehouse department to ensure the availability of raw materials and collection of finished goods

• Maintaining basic production documentation and reporting shift results

• Using a computer for basic MS Office tasks (especially Excel)

• Ensuring cleanliness and proper organisation of workstations

What you bring:

The candidate we are looking for should have:

• Experience as a foreman, shift leader, or in a similar role within a manufacturing company

• Ability to manage a production team and organise work during the shift

• Ability to respond to ongoing production issues and ensure the achievement of production targets

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and ability to supervise compliance

• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control

• Ability to cooperate with the maintenance and warehouse departments

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel)

• Accuracy, responsibility, and good organisational skills

• Willingness to work in shifts

Nice to have:

• Experience in the chemical, construction, or manufacturing industry

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Forklift licence/certification
