We are looking for a candidate for the position of Shift Leader / Production Team Leader
What you will be doing:
Organising and supervising the work of the production team during the shift
Responding to production issues and taking corrective actions during the shift
Supervising compliance with health & safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards
Performing basic quality control of manufactured products and supporting quality-related activities
Cooperating with the maintenance department regarding reporting and resolving breakdowns and downtime
Cooperating with the warehouse department to ensure the availability of raw materials and collection of finished goods
Maintaining basic production documentation and reporting shift results
Using a computer for basic MS Office tasks (especially Excel)
Ensuring cleanliness and proper organisation of workstations
What you bring:
The candidate we are looking for should have:
Experience as a foreman, shift leader, or in a similar role within a manufacturing company
Ability to manage a production team and organise work during the shift
Ability to respond to ongoing production issues and ensure the achievement of production targets
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and ability to supervise compliance
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control
Ability to cooperate with the maintenance and warehouse departments
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel)
Accuracy, responsibility, and good organisational skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Nice to have:
Experience in the chemical, construction, or manufacturing industry
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles
Experience working with ERP systems
Forklift licence/certification
