Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor serves as support to the Materials Manager the Master Schedulers of the Materials Department. Train shipping and receiving employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, assist with appraising performances, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure area is fully staffed to meet the material movement needs. Provide support for the Material Tech in the event of vacation, absences or call-in day. Responsible to cover docks in between shifts. Provide support to the Materials department with day-to-day shipping and receiving task. Perform Ford eDDL/CMMS training to respond to customer notices.
