Responsibilities:  

# Job Description 

 We are seeking a dynamic **Senior Associate** to join our team full-time 

This position requires a candidate with **4 to 6 years of experience** and a strong background in **ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Sustainable Transformation/Program Management**. The role is **onsite** and demands 100% dedication as a **Full-Time Employee (FTE)**. --- 

## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage sustainable transformation programs focusing on ESG principles. - Develop and implement strategies for **responsible supply chain management**. - Create and enforce policies related to **human rights, governance, and social transformation**. - Facilitate **ESG integration into risk management frameworks**. - Optimize resources while driving impactful social and governance initiatives. --- 

 ## Experience & Qualifications - **4–6 years of relevant experience** in ESG-related program management and sustainability transformation. - Proven expertise in **responsible supply chain**, policy creation, and governance strategies. - Strong background in **human rights**, social transformation, and resource optimization. ---  

## Preferred Sector Expertise While no specific sector expertise is required, candidates with experience in sustainability, risk management, or governance will be highly preferred. ---  

## Work Environment This position is **onsite**, requiring physical presence at the designated location throughout the assignment period. ---
