Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide support throughout the shopping experience. Sales & Target Achievement Promote products and contribute to meeting sales goals and KPIs. Cash Handling Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Visual Merchandising Maintain store appearance and ensure product displays follow company guidelines. Stock Management Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and assist with stock control and counts. Product Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of products to provide effective advice and enhance customer experience.
