Required Qualifications
Associates degree in related field
2 years mental health work experience required
Registered Behavioral Training and certification provided upon hire

Bachelors degree in related field
3+ years of mental health experience
2 years inpatient mental health/crisis/emergency department experience preferred

The Mental Health Technician (MHT) III serves as a lead clinical support professional, providing advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, the MHT III not only maintains a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment but also serves as a milieu leader. - day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 3 (12) hour shifts
- weekend and holiday rotation
