Job Description
- Build, lead, and mentor an organization of software engineers and technical leaders focused on creating scalable, automated platforms for security, risk, and compliance. Lead the architecture and development of centralized, strategic capabilities, such as a unified obligation database, automated evidence repositories, and scalable compliance telemetry.
- Define and drive the multi-year technical outlook, strategy, and roadmap for the platform, ensuring it addresses top risks such as software supply chain security, AI compliance, and automated evidence gathering.
- Partner with and influence senior leaders (i.e., Vice Presidents, Fellows, Distinguished Engineers) across Google to align on priorities and drive accountability for risk and compliance outcomes.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management, developing the next generation of technical leaders.
- Manage all aspects of organizational leadership, including long-term planning, hiring, and career development for your team.
