How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join a cohesive group of 3 physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 4 Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) dedicated to providing evidence-based medicine.
- Dedicated Space: Deliver top-tier clinical care utilizing 19 total exam rooms, with 2 exam rooms exclusively designated to the advanced practice provider.
- Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient care utilizing the Athena EMR system.
- Manageable Patient Volume: Maintain a balanced daily flow of 15–20 patients per day in the office, providing crucial clinical support to the practice if physicians leave for deliveries.
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

- Carmel Women's Health provides premier outpatient women's care closely connected to the Ascension St. Vincent Carmel hospital network.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
