
eCommerce Senior Associate

Reporting to the HSN eCommerce Homepage Manager, the Senior eCommerce Associate will manage the strategy and timely release of business priorities calendars and contribute to long-term strategy for the homepage. You will design a holistic daily digital calendar that serves as a snapshot of the digital marketing, category strategies, and promotional priorities to help grow the business. The Sr. Associate will stimulate incremental viewership to digital platforms by partnering with other teams to develop internal and external marketing strategies around platform initiatives.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Work with the eCommerce Manager to operate all aspects of the Homepage process from strategy to execution.
- Partner with eCommerce category teams & Content team to review business priorities and plan a robust digital strategy that delivers a unique experience for customers.
- Collaborate and build relationships with digital planning partners to maximize promotional capabilities to drive long term strategy and click through rate.
- Lead weekly touchpoint meetings with cross-functional team to review homepage programming plans and enhance opportunities to ensure internal alignment prior to content launch.
- Help with asset optimization, prioritization and needs assessment, and A/B testing conversations to help improve digital programming strategies.
- Use data-driven tools to pull insights and knowledge of the digital business priorities to advocate for resources, develop programming best practices, and provide weekly/ad-hoc analysis on programmed content effectiveness.
- Work with the digital operations team to assess and prioritize content needs
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience.
- 5 years experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Experience in the retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
