As a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. In this role, you will be part of our Workforce Technology - Enabling Apps team, focusing on UKG software consulting. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to UKG software. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to provide impactful solutions, contributing to HR Transformation and Optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver value to our clients.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
