The Opportunity
As a Global Managed Services Transition Team - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your work will involve automating data collection, analysis, and visualization to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline data-related processes
- Utilizing Power BI for data transformation and visualization tasks
- Engaging in business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborating with team members to design and develop data architecture solutions
- Participating in daily scrum meetings to align on project progress and address challenges
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights
- Supporting the development of automation frameworks to enhance system efficiency
- Assisting in the configuration management of automated systems to maintain consistency
- Contributing to the design and development of predictive modeling solutions
- Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive business transformation
- Collaborating with offshore teams to manage project resources and timelines
- Utilizing programming languages such as C++ and Java for solution development
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative technologies and methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain
- Understanding of Managed Services delivery, including technical project management, architecture, and design methodologies, preference for Client Transitions experience
- Utilizing Power BI for data-driven insights
- Leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Claude Code and Azure Hyperscaler
- Developing skills in Java and C++ programming languages
- Applying Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Excelling in data architecture development and data transformation
Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
