We are currently seeking an Facilities Sr Supervisor to join our General Administration team. This role is responsible for attending to the administrative needs of the Corporate Services area, managing internal processes, as well as planning, growth and future projects related to construction, facilities and services for non-manufacturing locations. Also responsible for building and construction maintenance at the Training Center and NMEX Headquarters offices, as well as monitoring Facilities Management KPIs with external providers.

A day in the life of this role:

  • Administrative management of internal processes such as PR (Purchase Requisition) generation, approval follow-up, payments, etc., for services required in HQ and CCAP locations.
  • Administrative management of the operating budget for HQ and CCAP sites.
  • Supervision, coordination, and efficient management of services providers, including Facilities Management, dining room and cafeteria suppliers.
  • Administrative management of the investment budget and execution of assigned projects (all NMEX No-MFG Sites).
  • Annual investment projects (expansions, remodeling, new equipment, etc.)
  • Follow-up on special investment projects (New buildings).
  • Analysis of facility and service development is needed according to organizational growth and new functions at each location (support to all NMEX No-MFG Sites).
  • Supervision, coordination, and efficient management of vendors during the development and implementation on assigned projects.
  • Administrative management, supervision and coordination of building and facility maintenance (offices, warehouses, cafeterias, restrooms, locker rooms, parking lots, structures, roofs, facades, cisterns, roads, gardens, etc.) for HQ and CCAP sites.
  • Support and follow-up on property transaction and administration processes.
  • Work closely with the internal teams like IT/IS, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, HR, etc. to ensure smooth project handovers to building operations teams.

Who We’re Looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering / Electromechanical.

Minimum 2 years on:

  • Investment project management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Construction and project supervision, including vendor management.
  • Facility, building and construction maintenance.
  • Architectural design and construction project management
  • Management of multiple and simultaneous projects / locations
  • Management of service personnel: Cleaning, gardening and maintenance.
  • Oversight and coordination of teams.
  • Knowledge of current construction standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of NOM standards related to construction and workplace safety.
  • Knowledge of quality and organization methodologies (ISO, 5s, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Office, AutoCAD, SAP

  • Intermediate English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
