Senior IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst

About this Position The Sr. IT Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) Analyst plays a key role in strengthening our organization’s security posture by ensuring that our business‑managed IT operates safely, responsibly, and in alignment with company standards. This position exists to bring clarity and structure to complex IT security decisions—helping the organization balance innovation with sound risk management. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and purpose‑driven GRC team that supports the entire organization. What you´ll do Drive IT security–related governance processes for business‑managed IT and ensure risk‑based decision‑making Manage, assess, and prioritize incoming requests within the GRC pipeline for timely completion Review and evaluate security‑relevant documentation (e.g., SOC 2 Type 2 reports, IT architecture diagrams) and provide expert recommendations Provide expert consultation on the process to key stakeholders Provide guidance on IT security standards and best practices across the organization Monitor, analyze, and report on governance process performance to support transparency and accountability Support the Head of GRC in driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement effort
