These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.In change management and communications at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate organisational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance.
- Change Management Strategy:
- Design and lead structured change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders, drive engagement, and influence decisions to secure buy-in.
- Change Impact Assessment:
- Oversee readiness assessments and impact analysis, interpret results to inform strategic decisions, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Communication Design and Execution:
- Develop communication plans, ensuring messaging consistency across multiple channels and tailoring content for diverse audiences.
- Training & Enablement:
- Direct the creation of training frameworks and oversee delivery, ensuring capability building aligns with transformation goals.
- Change adoption:
- Track, and report on success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions to sustain momentum and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Change Management Strategy: Ability to design and implement structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Standard).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to secure buy-in across mid-to-senior levels.
- Communication Excellence: Skilled in crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences using multiple channels.
- Project Leadership: Ability to manage workstreams, budgets, and timelines within transformation programs.
