We are presently accepting applications for the following position. This position requires proper NJ certification. 
TEACHER OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES - MIDDLE SCHOOL (SELF-CONTAINED) (LEAVE REPLACEMENT)

QUALIFICATIONS:

NJ Certificate: Teacher of Elementary School (K-6) with Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement, required

• Experience working with students with behavioral, verbal and non-verbal supports, preferred
• Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
• Strong instructional background
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of educational software applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with at-risk students, multiple disabilities in a self-contained setting, preferred
• Knowledge of curriculum modifications
• Must be able to perform physical work which requires frequent bending and lifting

Salary range: $61,500 - $115,880 (click on the following link for the full salary schedule:Fair Lawn Education Association)
