
Human Resources Manager
Job Description
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) partners throughout the organization to understand and execute the organization’s human capital management strategy for current and future needs. This position is responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness and compliance in people, processes, and systems. Specifically, the HRM (1) provides leadership and guidance throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as collective bargaining agreements; (2) participating in company and corporate-wide initiatives and planning to promote SMBSC as the area’s Employer of Choice, and (3) assists in employer and employee relations to foster cooperation and drive results.
