Product Manager, USSD (894 Banking)

JOB OBJECTIVE(S) Define the adoption process, design targeted promotions to increase usage and develop new use cases for USSD banking to changing customer needs. Perform short-term and long-term reviews; prepare adhoc reports, sales forecasts and analysis metrics and reports for management. Work with the Head, 894Banking, Head, Digital Channels, M&CC and other internal key stakeholders to develop product requirements, dynamics, processes and roll-out products and services. Prepare documents for training, sales pitch and product FAQs. Assess and react to changes in the competitive landscape, staying on top of regulatory developments and competitor activities relating to the USSD Banking and Financial Inclusion ecosystems.
