Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Orangeburg SC
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager. The Program Administrator role is critical in supporting customer account management through cross-functional coordination, order tracking, execution milestone management, and operational support across warehouse and kitting activities. It also includes ownership of analytics, reporting, financial tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
- Occasional travel to customer locations
- Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

- Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in relevant operations or program roles in manufacturing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ownership mindset
- Expert‑level Excel (VBA/Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot)
- Dashboarding, KPI reporting, and executive presentations
- ERP/WMS experience and financial analysis capability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and support execution rigor
- Advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees.
- Functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
