Job Description

What you´ll do 1. Lead Strategy Qualification Excellence Develop and implement a structured lead-handling and qualification framework. Screen leads from digital campaigns, distributor networks, industrial inquiries, and application engineering channels. Ensure effective prioritization of leads based on potential industry segments and application fit. 2. Online-to-Offline (O2O) Conversion Leadership Own the strategy for converting online interest—forms, website leads, inbound inquiries—into offline sales engagements. Partner with Product Marketing to refine digital messaging for adhesive product lines. Optimize customer engagement workflows to increase conversion rates and shorten lead cycle time. 3. Business Mapping Account Development Lead detailed business mapping to understand complex industrial account organizations, production processes, procurement structures, and decision pathways. Identify new business opportunities in strategic verticals and collaborate with Sales Engineers/Application Engineers for penetration strategies. 4. Team Building Leadership (Future Expansion) Establish the foundation for a scalable Inside Sales function—including SOPs, KPIs.
