Staff Engineer - Python Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python.
• Collaborate directly with U.S. client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews with client and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
