Additionally, this role requires a high level of technical savviness to effectively navigate recruiting systems, leverage data insights, and support hiring across roles of varying complexity, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, identify, and assess top talent in the market through proactive and targeted approaches.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using ATS (Workday preferred), referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and enhance job postings across a range of roles, from high-volume to specialized and complex positions.
- Act as a talent partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, and effective hiring strategies to support strong hiring outcomes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Match candidates to current and future opportunities by applying strong judgment and talent assessment methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, etc.) to optimize hiring effectiveness and speed.
- Ensure compliance with EEO/AAP guidelines, as well as local and federal laws and regulations, maintaining strong documentation and process integrity.
- Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, reference checks, and required documentation.
- Lead or support Talent Acquisition projects from business case through implementation and stabilization.
- Optimize recruitment processes to ensure operational efficiency, budget control, and compliance.
- Leverage data insights, systems, and reporting tools to enhance recruiting strategies and decision-making.
- Stay current with market trends, talent insights, and emerging recruiting technologies to continuously improve Talent Acquisition practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Labor Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, including full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing strategies, referral programs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and optimize recruiting systems, technologies, and reporting tools.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Results-driven, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with full bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish), both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer proficiency including MS Office and recruiting technologies.
- Availability and flexibility based on operational needs.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
